Send evidence we can verify

For a product correction, include the exact brand, model number, field in question and a manufacturer page, manual or brochure link. A retailer title or marketplace description may identify a lead, but it is not enough on its own to overwrite a manufacturer-backed specification. Please do not send passwords, payment details, full identity documents or information that is unrelated to the issue.

Choose the right route

• Data correction: specification, source, model identity, image or reviewed-date evidence.
• Safety notice: exact model, batch or serial scope and the official notice URL.
• Editorial question: methodology, wording, source interpretation or commercial disclosure.
• Privacy request: use the dedicated privacy-rights process when identity verification or deletion is required.

Review boundaries

The contact route does not provide emergency, medical, legal, engineering or installer advice. We may ask for a public source or enough detail to distinguish one model from another. Accepted evidence can update a page and its review date; unsupported marketing claims, review incentives and requests for undisclosed favourable treatment are not accepted.

Response and record handling

A submission creates a review request, not an automatic change or a promise of an individual reply. We retain only the information needed to understand, investigate and document the request under the current privacy policy. Where a correction is accepted, the public record is updated from the supporting source; personal contact details are not published with it.
