Current affiliate status
CoolCompare does not currently operate an Amazon Associates or other product-retailer affiliate programme. Product pages therefore do not send readers through affiliate search links. This status is reviewed whenever a commercial programme changes, and the disclosure will be updated before any new tracked product link is shown publicly.
What commission does not buy
Affiliate participation does not guarantee a product appears in a comparison or receives a favourable ranking. Sponsored placements must be labelled clearly.
How to recognise a commercial exit
If a retailer programme is introduced later, commercial links will be labelled beside the action and use the appropriate sponsored relationship attributes. A retailer relationship will never be treated as proof of price, stock or product quality.
Price and availability boundaries
CoolCompare displays a price only when its retailer source and check time are stored. Known delivery is included in the visible total; unknown delivery remains labelled as unknown. Stale offers are removed rather than carried forward as if they were current. Always confirm seller, condition, delivery, returns and warranty at the retailer before purchase.
Other ways the site may be funded
The site may also earn from consented installer enquiries, clearly labelled sponsorship and advertising on a restricted set of substantial publisher pages. Payment cannot create a review, verification badge, safety claim or physical-test statement. Search, error, form, calculator, comparison and empty-data pages are not treated as normal advertising content surfaces.
Incomplete commercial coverage
Retailer and affiliate participation changes over time, so the site does not claim complete market coverage or a guaranteed cheapest price. Product suitability and editorial order remain separate from commission. Questions or conflicts can be reported through the contact and corrections route.
